Wadha Company accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in SAR for its services. Most exports and domestic services can also be paid for cash collection, you will be given the option to do so at the end of the booking process when available. Domestic services can also be paid (For a fee) on delivery, you will be given the option to do so at the end of the booking process when available. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. 19. PRIVACY POLICY.

20. CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID ACCOUNT.

WADHA COMPANY offers its registered customers prepaid service so they can pay the number of contracted services on its website more comfortably.

20.1 Every registered customer, simply by registering, has a prepaid account with zero balance which can be loaded with a credit card or by transfer to our account at EMIRATES ISLAMIC BANK.

20.2 The customer will have full access to your account from the time you register or validate your account where you can view all your moves.

20.3 The registered customer must define an email client and an access password, being responsible for their safekeeping and the consequences that may arise from the lack of diligence in their conservation.

20.4 The prepaid service is the use of the balance, if any, and be sufficient to pay the contracted services on the website of WADHA.SA.

20.5 Only the customer can add funds to their prepaid account and may do so at any time through the means of payment that are provided in your customer area.

20.6 Means of payment and bank card associated carry a supplement that will contact the client prior to the operation account recharge.

20.7 There is no minimum amount of deposit or withdrawal. You can have your balance at any time. You only must request the withdrawal of the balance to your bank account and transfer it to the indicated account.

20.8 The balance of the prepaid account can be used to pay for the services offered on the website of WADHA.SA and any incident that required payment.

20.9 For those shipments contracted WADHA.SA website that has generated WADHA.SA not attributable to unforeseen surcharges, such amount shall be deducted according to conditions, in case you have sufficient balance. 20.10 If a customer wants to pay from their own service whose amount exceeds the balance available at the time, the system will not be allowed to complete its processing. The client must choose an alternative means of payment among those offered by the web or increase your prepaid account balance under the conditions specified in clause 7.

20.11 WADHA.SA account can be topped up in SAR only. All prices are defined and indicated in SAR. If the customer makes payment in his or her local currency then the currency exchange shall be carried out by the payment system under the payment system rates and the customer’s account is topped up in SAR. Additional currency exchange fees can be imposed on the customer by the payment system. The customer is strongly advised to check such exchange rates and fees before payment.

20.12 WADHA.SA reserves the right to block the balance of the prepaid account of a client if it detects fraudulent use, for example, impersonating the client. Blocking the account is always temporary and from WADHA.SA will inform customers to lock their accounts and the reason that led him to do so. Since WADHA.SA be made maximum efforts to solve any problem detected and cause the lock time as small as possible, safeguarding the interests of its customers.

20.13 In the event that WADHA.SA stops providing services definitively on the market as soon reimburses its customer’s balances.

20.14 The user will be liable for the financial consequences resulting from the use of their secret passwords by unauthorized third parties.

21. PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Due to the nature of the sector and in order to protect the personnel handling shipments and not break international laws aviation and freight transport, there are a number of items that cannot be sent through WADHA.SA to any destination under any circumstances. If the provider notifies us of the existence of any of these items in a shipment, you will lose the amount integrated paid for the service and items sent, also taking the obligation of the contracting person to meet any cost/penalty/penalty arising from breach of these restrictions

  • Aerosols / sprays (deodorants, insecticides, etc.).
    • Animals, alive or dead / Human remains.
    • Weapons / powered guns / Pistols / Rifles / Replicas Weapons / Ammunition air.
    • Prohibited or restricted by ICAO items – Organization. International Civil Aviation.
    • Stolen or purchased items fraudulently.
    • Batteries containing liquids.
    • Tickets or lottery tickets.
    • Car: Batteries or parts containing toxic liquids.
    • Money / cash / Currency / false coin / checks / currency / Actions.
    • Drugs/medicines (including prescription).
    • Extinguishers.
    • Radioactive / corrosive material.
    • Dangerous articles / Explosives / Firecrackers goods.
    • Unknown goods/merchandise items did not go in a box.
    • Biological samples.
    • Passport / Driving Licences / Licenses.
    • plants/seeds.
    • Collection stamps.
    • Infectious substances / toxic / Flammable substances.
    • Snuff / or related Cigarette consumption Snuff / Cigarette products.

22. RESTRICTED ITEMS:

Apart from the prohibited items, there are items that can be sent but are not covered by any insurance and therefore the client sends assuming full responsibility for any damage that might result from an improper handling service provider, exempting WADHA.SA and its suppliers from any liability. For these items, we recommend very careful packaging to ensure that no breakages.

These items are:

• Items that are not in a box double carton with internal protection to cushion normal beats traffic.
• Liquids in any container (oil, honey, milk, wine, soft drinks, etc.) that are not sent in special ajas for it.
• Crystal / ceramic or that have small pieces of glass/ceramic.
• Art, artwork, sculptures undefined market value.
• Perishable food and/or other perishable items.

23. DELIVERY POLICY

WADHA tries its best to deliver its services just on time or within the prefixed delivery times. But there can be some delays due to unavoidable circumstances.

23.1 In all the shipping and delivery issues we try to follow our policy

23.2 All domestic orders are shipped within 48 hours Saturday – Thursday 8 am – 6 pm.

23.3 All international orders are shipped within 21 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms.

23.4 WADHA is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 21 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

23.5 WADHA will update you with the order tracking Number (AWB) after picking up shipment through which you can track your shipment on Wadha.sa

23.6 We will make 3 delivery attempts for Parcel deliveries. After the 3rd failed attempt at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

23.7 Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged, or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

24. RETURN POLICY.

24.1 To cancel your shipment any day before the date of collection, open an impact on the web indicating the reason for cancellation and refund the amount paid consists of the same payment method you used to hire the service (original mode of payment) within a maximum period 72 hours once we have confirmation from the carrier that the consignment has not been collected.

24.4 If your shipment is collected and returned to the origin for breach of any provision of these conditions of service provision, we cannot refund the amount paid and may be required to pay additional charges if any caused. Be sure to declare the weights and measures correctly and have your shipment ready on the day of collection.

24.5 If you make an international shipment and does not attach the required documentation or accompanying documentation is not correct, it is possible that your shipment is returned to origin. In which case the price of the collection and return, variable depending on the weight, size, and supplier deducted, and refund the remaining amount within no more than 72 hours so the shipment being canceled.

25. SECURITY.

WADHA.SA takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, WADHA.SA cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

26. OTHER WEBSITES.

WADHA.SA is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party’s privacy policies before providing any data to them. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. Please be aware that our sites may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. 27. MINORS.

WADHA.SA does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18.
